today i is a daily post on my instagram stories accompanied by an image. my writing routine since having a baby has changed where the uninterrupted time takes place in my bed with my son asleep next to me. the daily prompt of today i takes no more than two-three minutes to write and allows me to flex my creativity in new ways. the requirement to post the today i allows me to push beyond the initial judgment of the work and grow.
